About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Sales and Marketing professional to complement our Leadership Team. Responsible for all aspects of the Hotel Sales and Marketing Division, this is a hands‑on leadership role, actively involved in business decision making, strategic direction and business plan execution.

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Oversee the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching and leadership to drive high performance.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agents and industry partners.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage the hotel's PR efforts, CSR strategy, digital and social media presence, ensuring effective online marketing and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the hotel management team to align sales and marketing initiatives with the overall business objectives.
  • Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and implement innovative sales and marketing tactics.

Qualifications
  • Extensive and current experience in Sales & Marketing within a luxury hotel environment, highly regarded.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Strong understanding of the competitive landscape and ability to develop strategic, data‑driven marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in digital marketing, social media and web‑based analytics tools.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Motivated and solutions‑oriented self‑starter with adaptable teamwork style.
