The Lloyd Hotel in Stamford, CT is hiring for a Front Desk role focused on delivering prompt, courteous service to guests from check-in to check-out. You will handle reservations, wake-up calls, and guest requests while coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Candidate should be able to work 7am–3pm and 3pm–11pm shifts, including weekends, and maintain professional appearance and communication. Prior hotel or property management experience is a plus.
