Colony Grill in Stamford, CT, is seeking a bartender who can deliver exceptional hospitality with the motto 'Every Guest is Our Only Guest.' You will manage the lounge and bar, serve guests, and coordinate with front- and back-of-the-house teams to ensure a warm, efficient dining experience.
Responsibilities include setting up the lounge, knowing the menu, entering orders into the POS, handling cash, maintaining tabs, and ensuring IDs and liquor laws are followed.
