Job Description :

Position: Recruiting Coordinator

Location: 4x/week onsite
  • Stamford, CT
Contract Length: 6+ months

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This team is seeking an extremely organized recruiting coordinator to facilitate aspects of the recruitment and onboarding process for professional positions. This person should have experience or proficiency with scheduling interviews, managing onboarding processes including tracking and attention to detail. This position is within a large corporate environment, so compliance and policies must be followed. This person will be responsible for communicating with hiring managers, HR business partners and others to ensure processes run smoothly.

While 2+ years of experience is preferred, this job may be well suited for someone with limited experience, but is passionate about HR, recruitment and is seeking to gain knowledge. Think on their feet, triage, prioritizing scheduling. This could be suited for a fresh college grad to break into HR. ultimately, we need someone who wants to come in, understands what recruitment coordination could be and get the best out of it.
