What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in HRIS, supporting configuration and optimization across core modules
  • Provide day-to-day HRIS support, troubleshooting issues, and managing escalations
  • Partner with HR and Payroll to design and deploy business processes and system enhancements
  • Manage system testing, documentation, and validation for new configurations and process changes
  • Develop and maintain HR reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, with a concentration in HR, Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science
  • 2‑4 years of HRIS experience, with ownership of system configuration and support
  • Direct experience with Paycom required, including HR, Payroll, and Reporting modules
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and data validation
  • 2+ years of data visualization and reporting experience, including hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power BI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting Paycom or other HRIS system implementations or upgrades
  • Familiarity with HRIS integrations and vendor management
  • Experience in supporting retail organizations
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and audits
