About the Position
Altus Power is currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual with the skills, experience, and aptitude to join our team as Talent Management Summer Intern.
Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and optimization of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline recruitment processes.
* Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings and coordinating interviews.
* Support new hire onboarding processes
* Help maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
* Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
* Help with updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
* Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and employee experience.
Qualifications / Desired Skills
* Strong interest in a career in Human Resources.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
* Ability to work at our Headquarters in Stamford, CT with the occasional project visit while supervised.
