A leading investment firm is hiring for a Recruiting Coordinator to support their recruiting and HR functions. This is a primarily administrative role (90%) with heavy scheduling, it is a meaty admin role!
LocationThis will primarily be working out of Stamford, CT with frequent travel or onsite availability at the firm's Greenwich, CT office as well as needed
Hybrid3-5 days in the office – flexibility as needed
HoursStandard office hours are 8:30-5:30 pm, flexibility for overtime as needed
Salary commensurate with experience$60-80k base range+ paid overtime (5-8 hours/week that will add up!) + bonus + top benefits package
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Head of HR and Recruiting team - around 2-3 recruiters
- Schedule candidate interviews: via zoom and on-site interviews
- Manage Global Onboarding process, including facilitating background checks and other pre-employment paperwork
- Coordinate set-up and travel for campus recruiting events and on-site interviews
- Manage expenses through Concur for the Head of HR and the recruiting team
- Assist with employee training, firm networking events, on-site vaccine clinics and team events
- Schedule and manage meetings and appointments, prepare agendas for staff meetings
- Other ad hoc projects as requested
- 3-5 years administrative or business experience, prior experience in HR or Recruiting a plus
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft products, including experience with databases or an HRIS
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, multi-tasker
- Outstanding attention to detail: ability to audit information
- Proactive style, quick learner and willingness to take on new assignments
- Poised, flexible, resourceful and calm under pressure
