You

have:

  • Ability to lead through influence and drive adoption of new or evolving talent practices
  • Partner with Senior Learning & Development Specialist and Learning Leader to support program delivery and learner experience
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance the colleague learning experience
  • Support vendor coordination, contracting processes, and invoice tracking as needed
You will:

  • Conduct talent needs assessments and strategic workforce planning, forecasting future capabilities and aligning recommendations to LOB and enterprise strategies
  • Implement enterprise talent programs while tailoring delivery to each LOB’s micro‑culture and business context
  • Develop outcomes and success metrics for talent initiatives and monitor progress in partnership with HRTPs and business stakeholders
  • Anticipate internal and external talent trends and proactively recommend improvements to talent processes, products, or services
  • Lead change management efforts, guiding leaders through adoption of new or modernized talent and development practices
  • Synthesize and elevate feedback from LOBs to the T&OE team, informing continuous improvement and enterprise program evolution
  • Propose strategic enhancements to enterprise talent solutions, improving usability, consistency, and business value
