Our client, a leading investor in global credit investing is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Recruiting team in their Stamford, CT office.

Salary: $70k-$90k base Depending on Experience + Bonus Eligibility

Hours:

8:30 to 5:30pm

Location:

Stamford, CT

Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days (Thursday and Friday) WFH

Degree:
Highly preferred

Responsibilities
  • Schedule candidate interviews: via zoom/teams and on-site interviews
  • Book candidate travel and process expenses and reimbursement when necessary
  • Assist candidates when they are on-site for interviews
  • Assist recruiters with candidate tracking and feedback from interviews
  • Manage global onboarding and offboarding processes, including facilitating background checks and other employment paperwork
  • Manage employee documents and information in personnel files, both hard copies and electronically
  • Manage expenses through Workday for the recruiting team
  • Assist with employee training, firm networking events, on-site vaccine clinics and team events
  • Manage various new hire Orientations: schedule sessions, track attendance, prepare materials
  • Schedule and manage meetings and appointments, prepare agendas for staff meetings
  • Lead centralized vacation tracking process, collect monthly input for all areas, generate reports
  • Other ad hoc projects as requested
Requirements
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, multi-tasker

  • Poised, flexible, resourceful and calm under pressure
  • High level of professionalism with ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Team-oriented, humble, positive and willing to do whatever it takes
  • Intellectual and analytical rigor
  • Accountable, committed and understands the importance of deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience with, Teams and Workday is a plus
  • 3-5 years administrative or business experience, prior experience in HR or Recruiting is a plus
