Talent Acquisition ManagerThis hybrid position is based in Stamford, CT, reporting to the CHRO and responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process at Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits. The role partners directly with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Human Resources to attract and hire top talent that fuels continued growth. As the dedicated recruiting lead, you will have broad visibility, meaningful influence, and the opportunity to continuously strengthen how we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent.

- Own and manage a dynamic portfolio of open requisitions, typically ranging from 10 to 20 searches at a time, spanning all functions with a strong emphasis on sales and commercial roles, including field-based positions.
- Lead the recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and guide hiring teams toward thoughtful, high-quality hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and manage interview processes to ensure efficiency and a strong candidate experience.
- Extend and negotiate offers in partnership with Human Resources and hiring leaders.
- Address recruitment challenges with creativity and persistence, identifying effective approaches to attract top talent.
- Proactively source and engage candidates through networking, referrals, Linked In, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines.
- Develop and nurture a bench of passive candidates in key talent segments to reduce time to fill.
- Represent Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits at recruiting events and relevant industry functions as appropriate.
- Build trusted, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders across the organization.
- Lead intake meetings and provide ongoing updates, insights, and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on talent availability, market conditions, and compensation trends.
- Partner with Human Resources on headcount planning, organizational changes, and workforce needs.
- Influence hiring decisions through data, strong business acumen, and thoughtful evaluation.
- Ensure every candidate, regardless of outcome, has a professional, respectful, and positive experience.
- Champion and communicate the culture and values of Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and evolve our employer brand in the market.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System. Track and report on key recruiting metrics, including time to fill, source of hire, and pipeline health.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes and tools.
- Measure quality of hire and recruiting effectiveness to drive long-term impact.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or agency role.
- Experience with in consumer products, food and beverage, or similarly fast-paced environments is ideal.
- Experience recruiting for sales roles, strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions independently across varied functions.
- Strong relationship builder who influences effectively across levels and functions.
- The ability to understand role context and speak credibly with hiring leaders about team needs and priorities.
- A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of recruiting strategies.
- Analytical and metrics oriented.
- Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities without sacrificing quality.
