HR Intern

Lockwood is seeking an HR Intern! This is a great opportunity for college students interested in gaining experience in the Human Resources field!

Lockwood collaborates with clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device industries to identify effective, holistic, science-based strategies to address their objectives through medical communications. Our clients count on us to challenge their assumptions and help them creatively navigate around obstacles. The purpose of this internship is to provide students the opportunity to explore interests in human resources.

• Work with HR on projects like:
  • Onboarding
  • Training
  • Recruiting
  • Performance Reviews & Peer Reviews
  • HRIS systems
  • Process development
  • Committee Projects
  • Assist HR team on a variety of special projects

• Current College junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize

This position is available full or part time starting in the Summer. Schedule is determined prior to start date. The student is responsible for ensuring this internship meets the criteria of their degree, if necessary.
