What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Serve as a system analyst and subject matter expert, optimizing HR technology across various modules
  • Provide day-to-day HRIS support, troubleshooting issues and managing escalations
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll to design and implement business processes and workflows
  • Manage data integrity and accuracy through proactive audits and reconciliation
  • Lead the creation of reporting and analytics solutions, including dashboards in Power BI

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in HR, Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science
  • 4+ years of HRIS experience, including system configuration and support
  • Direct experience with HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduling, or Reporting modules
  • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and data validation
  • 2+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting, particularly in Microsoft Power BI

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or major system transitions
  • Familiarity with HRIS integrations and vendor management
  • Background in supporting retail organizations
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and audit processes
