What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a system analyst and subject matter expert, optimizing HR technology across various modules
- Provide day-to-day HRIS support, troubleshooting issues and managing escalations
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll to design and implement business processes and workflows
- Manage data integrity and accuracy through proactive audits and reconciliation
- Lead the creation of reporting and analytics solutions, including dashboards in Power BI
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in HR, Information Systems, IT, or Computer Science
- 4+ years of HRIS experience, including system configuration and support
- Direct experience with HR, Payroll, Time, Scheduling, or Reporting modules
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and data validation
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization and reporting, particularly in Microsoft Power BI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or major system transitions
- Familiarity with HRIS integrations and vendor management
- Background in supporting retail organizations
- Knowledge of HR compliance and audit processes
