The Position

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support and strengthen our U.S. organization, partnering closely with leaders to drive people, culture, and business priorities.
A hands‑on, high‑impact generalist role in a fast‑paced environment, combining strategic input with strong execution.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the final phase of team assessment and drive implementation and communication.
- Align organizational structure and build team capabilities.
- Partner with leadership on key people and business priorities.
- Support core HR areas: recruitment, HR operations, L&D, engagement, and organizational development.
- Experienced HRBP/Generalist in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong in stakeholder management and organizational development.
- Hands‑on, structured, and results‑driven.
- A high‑impact role shaping teams and business outcomes.

- Salary: $95,000–$120,000 per year
