About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Associate, Benefits & HRIS to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong benefits administration experience and hands‑on expertise with UKG
. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining HRIS data integrity, supporting employee benefits programs, managing reporting and analytics, and coordinating the annual Open Enrollment process.

This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across HR, Payroll, IT, benefits vendors, and external partners while helping deliver an exceptional employee experience.

What You’ll Do HRIS Administration
  • Serve as a primary administrator for the UKG (Ulti Pro) benefits platform, ensuring accurate employee and benefits records.
  • Maintain HRIS configurations, workflows, and benefits system updates.
  • Partner with IT and UKG support teams to troubleshoot issues and implement system enhancements.
  • Create and maintain standard and ad hoc HR and benefits reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Payroll on annual benefits updates, plan changes, rate adjustments, and year-end processes.
Benefits Administration
  • Lead and support the annual Open Enrollment process, including system setup, testing, employee communications, and post-enrollment audits.
  • Process employee benefit enrollments, life event changes, leaves of absence, terminations, and COBRA administration.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and transactions.
  • Partner with brokers and insurance carriers to resolve claims issues, billing discrepancies, and enrollment concerns.
  • Coordinate benefits orientation and enrollment activities for new hires.
  • Support employee wellness initiatives, communications, and related programs.
  • Assist with benefits compliance reporting, discrimination testing, Form 5500 support, and carrier invoice reconciliation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 4+ years of Human Resources experience with significant exposure to benefits administration.
  • Hands‑on experience with UKG, including benefits administration, Open Enrollment configuration, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits programs and applicable regulations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
