We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator who can help strengthen day to day employee support while keeping hiring, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations moving smoothly.
This is a fully on-site position, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
It is a Temporary role.
- Support recruiting activity from job posting through interview coordination, candidate communication, pre-employment steps.
- Responsible for updating candidate information using Applicant Tracking System.
- Monitor email inboxes and respond to inquiries, schedule and confirm interviews and other appointments.
- Act as a go to resource for employee questions.
- Partner with managers on employee relations matters, documentation, workplace concerns, and practical people guidance.
- Help maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, internal policies, and company standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows, documentation practices, and overall operational efficiency.
