I’m partnered with a leading clean energy company looking to add an experienced HR Manager to support key people and organizational initiatives during an exciting stage of growth.
This is a hands-on position working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across the organization.
The role will focus on:
- Leading strategic HR programs and initiatives
- Improving HR processes, policies, and controls
- Managing complex cross-functional HR projects
- Supporting compensation and people programs
- Strengthening governance and operational processes
- Preparing clear materials for senior stakeholders
What they’re looking for:
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong HR operations and project experience
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Experience with in complex or scaling organizations
- Confident communication with senior leadership
