Associate Director - Oracle Integration Cloud; OIC

Location: onsite 3 days a week in Stamford, CT

We are seeking a highly skilled technical leader with deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and enterprise integration delivery. This role combines hands-on technical execution, operational ownership, and team leadership, ensuring reliable, scalable, and modern integrations across the enterprise. The ideal candidate is a strong mentor, a strategic thinker, and a driver of process discipline, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Own end-to-end delivery and production stability of enterprise integrations and data pipelines.
• Ensure predictable, high-quality releases and smooth transitions from build to run.
• Reduce production incidents, delivery delays, and manual operational effort.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, and support teams to drive effective incident response and escalation.

• Define, track, and improve operational KPIs, including availability, failure rates, MTTR, and deployment success.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement durable remediation for recurring issues.
• Strengthen platform resilience through monitoring, alerting, error handling, and recovery patterns.
• Standardize and automate delivery and operational practices across integration platforms.

• Manage intake, prioritization, and sequencing of work based on business urgency, risk, and capacity.
• Balance new development with production support and technical debt reduction.
• Lead release planning, change control, and go/no-go decisioning.
• Govern CI/CD pipelines, deployment standards, and environment promotion.

• Provide hands-on leadership for complex, high-risk, or business-critical integrations.
• Review and validate integration and data designs with an operability-first mindset.
• Support critical troubleshooting efforts and targeted architecture spikes as needed.

• Serve as the primary delivery and operations leader for enterprise integration platforms.
• Communicate delivery progress, operational health, and risks to business and technology leadership.
• Coach internal teams and external partners on execution discipline, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion ERP integrations
• API design and enterprise integration patterns (REST, event-driven)
• CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and operational tooling
• EDI transactions experience
• Hybrid and multi-cloud architectures

• 7+ years of experience in integration, data, or enterprise application delivery roles
• Proven leadership in delivery execution, release management, and production operations
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
  , Oracle Fusion ERP integrations
  , and Azure Data Platform
• Demonstrated experience operating production-scale integration and data environments
