Description

• Act as a liaison to ensure healthcare information systems function as intended.
• Research and resolve software problems as part of daily operational support.
• Collaborate with team members on the design and implementation of new solutions.
• Perform training, create and review documentation, and support assigned applications.
• Provide 2nd/3rd level support for unplanned downtime and issues.
• Participate in planning, implementation, testing, and updating of applications.
• Ensure high levels of customer service and support off-hours for critical issues.

• Act as a business liaison to assigned departments to uncover and recognize issues early.
• Train co-workers and assist in researching reported issues and implementing resolutions.
• Identify and resolve workflow issues to optimize electronic solutions.
• Provide maintenance and advancement of assigned applications and databases.
• Investigate and solve problems with application software, interfaces, and reports.
• Plan, design, and implement assigned applications on schedule.
• Participate in project management and ensure standard methodologies are followed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience with clinical or financial application support required.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting applications within a health system required.
• Software Module Certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
