Overview
Our client, a leading Consulting Firm, is in need of 5 Service Now Architects for initial 12 month contract opportunities. Our client is looking for people ideally in New York City, however, they can also be located in Chicago, San Jose, San Francisco, Dallas, Orlando and / or Washington, DC. The Service Now Architects will be responsible for supporting an array of customer projects from Greenfield / net new implementations, Migrations and Expanding existing customer instances of Service Now.
The focus of the Design / Engineering work will be around Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, ITOM, Incident Management and Vulnerability Management.
- Support an array of customer projects from Greenfield / net new implementations, Migrations and expanding existing customer instances of Service Now, with a focus on Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, ITOM, Incident Management and Vulnerability Management.
- 10 years of overall experience, with a focus on design, deployment and migration support of enterprise Service Now initiatives.
- Experience supporting the design, migration, implementation and enhancement of the following Service Now modules, Software Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, ITOM, Incident Management and Vulnerability Management.
- Experience supporting the design, migration, implementation and enhancement of Service Now within the following verticals, Finance, Banking, Capital Markets, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Bio Tech, Pharmaceuticals, etc.
- Must be comfortable presenting and working directly with customers, specifically from an executive leadership perspective.
- Ideally will posses the following Service Now certifications, CIT (Certified Implementation Specialist) and CTA (Certified Technical Architect).

The expected hourly rate range for this role is $76 – $123 / hr. The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
