Technological Infrastructure:

Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of BIOS Homes’ technological infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are optimized to support business growth.

Oversee IT operations, including cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data management, and system integrations.

Manage technology partnerships, vendor relationships, and third-party technology solutions to ensure optimal system performance.

Build , lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Ensure the team has the resources, skills, and training to meet current and future technology needs.

Develop and implement training programs to keep the technology team and other departments up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.

Collaboration Across Divisions:

Work closely with the Real Estate and Construction divisions to understand their technology needs and develop solutions that drive productivity and profitability.

Collaborate with the CFO and COO to ensure technology investments align with company priorities and deliver measurable business results.

Enable technology adoption across the company by providing leadership and guidance to non-technical teams.

Customer Experience & Technology Solutions:

Develop and implement technology solutions that improve the customer journey, from online home sales to the management of modular home construction projects.

Enhance BIOS Homes’ digital presence through innovative solutions that engage customers, streamline interactions, and increase satisfaction.

Oversee the integration of customer-facing technologies (e.g., websites, mobile apps, CRM systems) to deliver seamless, user-friendly experiences.

Ensure that all technology solutions comply with legal, regulatory, and industry standards, particularly in data protection and cybersecurity.

Lead efforts to mitigate technology risks, ensuring the company’s digital assets and customer data are secure.
