Qualifications
- Proven expertise in managing L2 production support teams.
- Hands‑on experience with Datadog and Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge/ experience with Datadog, Splunk , UI/ frontend environment
- Has strong analytics skills to perform Data Analysis
- Strong experience with observability tools in planning and implementation
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and production support best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Working knowledge of AEM, Angular, and React JS based applications.
