Team OverviewBrooksource is looking for a Pega CDH developer to support one of our Fortune 100 Telecommunications Product Technology teams as they continue to deliver and support customer decisioning capabilities using the Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform. The team partners with Customer Operations, Product, and Architecture to enable personalized, data-driven experiences across customer channels. The team owns the end-to-end delivery of NBO initiatives, including intake management, agile execution, and platform enhancements.
Responsibilities include solution design, development, deployment, and ongoing optimization, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. As the platform evolves, the team is focused on expanding NBO capabilities and supporting future AI-driven decisioning initiatives.
- Analyze and monitor model and action performance using Pega Prediction Studio, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to improve customer and business outcomes.
- Interpret decisioning and performance data to advise on model tuning and optimization, including updates to PCLV, to better balance customer behavior with business expectations.
- Develop performance reports and dashboards that translate complex analytics into actionable insights for technical and business stakeholders.
- Partner with Pega developers, architects, and business teams to recommend, implement, and validate model and strategy changes based on performance findings.
- Leverage prior hands‑on experience with Pega Prediction Studio to continuously improve decisioning accuracy, effectiveness, and ROI.
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
- Strong understanding of decisioning strategies, personalization, and customer engagement frameworks Strong problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, agile environment
- Pega Data Science and hands‑on Prediction Studio & Modeling experience is a must have
- Previous experience working with this client and placing both permanent employees and contractors.
