Senior Data Analyst | Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Data Analyst – Growth Analytics to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive subscriber and revenue growth at scale.

Sitting within the Growth organization, you’ll collaborate across Product, Marketing, and Leadership teams to measure, analyze, and optimize the customer journey. Your work will directly impact subscriber acquisition, conversion, onboarding, and retention.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems with data, has strong business acumen, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape a best-in-class subscriber experience. A passion for sports - especially golf is a big plus.

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of up to three days in-person each week.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Journey Analytics: Track and analyze the end-to-end customer journey—from marketing channels (Google, Meta, CTV, etc.) to web and app experiences—to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Funnel Ownership: Lead measurement of conversion and retention funnels in partnership with the Growth Product Manager; collaborate closely with UX, Engineering, and CRM teams.
  • Marketing Effectiveness: Partner with performance marketing to assess spend efficiency (e.g., attribution, incrementality, MMM, MTA) and guide budget allocation.
  • Insights & Reporting: Build dashboards and reports that unify Product and Marketing analytics, ensuring alignment with subscriber, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Data Culture: Champion data transparency, accuracy, and accessibility across Arccos; help unify data sources and enable self-serve analytics.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required;
    Master’s preferred.

Experience

  • 2–4+ years as an analyst, ideally in a subscription-based business.
  • Strong background in Product and Marketing analytics; experience in DTC e-commerce, fitness, sports, streaming, or related industries is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing for optimizing sign-up flows, conversion, and retention.
  • Experience in cross-channel media measurement with knowledge of CAC, ROI, MMM, and MTA.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Tik Tok, SEO, SEM, App Installs).
  • Experience reporting on business and financial metrics, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with BI & Data Visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
  • Proficiency with tracking and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or comparable).
  • Experience building automated workflows using AI and/or platforms like Replit or Lovable to create internal tools is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with R or Python is a plus.

Business & Communication Skills

  • Strong analytical and modeling abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to translate data into insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations at the executive level.
  • Competitive Compensation – We offer a market-competitive salary structure designed to attract and retain top talent.
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage – Access to competitively priced medical, dental and vision insurance through our nationwide Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
  • 401(k) with Company Match – Plan for your future with our employer-sponsored 401(k) program and company matching contributions.
  • Flexible Time Off – Enjoy an unlimited PTO policy built on trust, accountability and performance.
