About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join the technology organization ’ll work closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and cross‑functional teams to translate strategy into actionable product plans, drive clarity through well‑crafted user stories, and ensure smooth delivery through strong Agile practices and release coordination. This role sits at the intersection of product planning and execution, helping ensure we build the right things, build them well, and ship them effectively.

Stamford, CT
In office: 3 days / week

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine product vision into clear epics, features, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Promote alignment across teams and drive clarity through documentation, roadmaps, and structured communication.
  • Manage the team backlog — ensuring stories are prioritized, scoped, and ready for development.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile/Scrum best practices, promoting efficient development workflows and process discipline.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and product stakeholders to remove blockers, clarify requirements, and support delivery.
  • Track progress, monitor KPIs, and communicate updates on team velocity, sprint health, and release readiness.
  • Coordinate release planning — aligning timing, dependencies, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to refine stories, improve team output, and support iterative development.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–7 years of experience in product management, Agile project management, or a similar delivery‑focused product role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience facilitating Agile ceremonies.
  • Demonstrated experience writing and refining user stories, managing backlogs, and working with cross‑functional development teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to drive clarity, alignment, and decisions.
  • Comfortable managing schedules, dependencies, and release activities in dynamic environments.
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, or equivalent for backlog and sprint management.
  • Collaborative mindset, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Nice to Have
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), or similar Agile certification.
  • Experience in blockchain, decentralized infrastructure, or AI technologies.
  • Background in early‑stage startups or fast‑scaling technology environments.
  • Familiarity with API‑driven products, developer‑facing platforms, or infrastructure services.
