About

the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Integration Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and evolution of our core business systems—most critically Net Suite and its surrounding integrations. This role is responsible for keeping integrations running smoothly day-to-day while also improving how data flows across the business. You’ll work across backend services, APIs, and middleware, partnering closely with Finance, Operations, Data, and Engineering to ensure our systems are stable, well-documented, and ready to scale.

What

You’ll Do Integration & Systems Ownership (Primary Focus)
  • Own end-to-end integrations between Net Suite and internal/external systems
  • Build, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain integrations using Boomi or similar iPaaS tools
  • Act as the primary technical owner for keeping Net Suite integrations running, stable, and well-supported
  • Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to manage system dependencies and changes
Net Suite Development & Support
  • Develop and maintain Net Suite scripts, workflows, and customizations
  • Support Finance and Operations teams by resolving system issues, improving automation, and reducing manual work
  • Ensure system changes are well-tested, documented, and production-ready
Backend & Data Enablement
  • Build and maintain backend services and APIs that support system integrations and internal tools
  • Design and maintain backend data pipelines that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across integrated systems
  • Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and observability across systems
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices around integrations, monitoring, and system reliability
  • Participate in architecture decisions related to enterprise systems and data flow
What You’ll Bring
  • 5–8+ years of experience in integration engineering, systems engineering, or backend development
  • Hands‑on experience owning Net Suite integrations and scripting
  • Strong experience with Boomi or other iPaaS/middleware platforms
  • Backend development experience (Node.js, Python, Java, or similar)
  • Experience designing APIs and system‑to‑system integrations
  • Comfort operating in a production‑critical environment where uptime and accuracy matter
  • Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting Finance, ERP, or Order‑to‑Cash workflows
  • Familiarity with data lakes, analytics pipelines, or BI tools
  • Experience in retail, eCommerce, or consumer brands
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
What You’ll Get
  • Competitive compensation
  • Health, dental, vision, and ancillary benefits
  • 401(k) with company incentive savings plan
  • 10 company holidays annually
  • Discretionary time off policy
  • Career growth and advancement opportunities
  • Clothing discount plus semi‑annual gift card allotment
