Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Project Manager to support a high‑impact Billing Strategy & Design team for a leading enterprise client. This individual will manage projects and systems related to BAU initiatives, owning the full project lifecycle from definition through implementation. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving scope, schedule, cost, and quality while coordinating cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work with an innovative team delivering critical projects that directly support enterprise billing strategy and system operations.

This is a 7 month contract, hybrid (4 days onsite/1 remote) in Stamford, CT and has a pay range of $45-50/hr.

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery
• Facilitate project and stakeholder meetings
• Drive project milestones and manage dependencies
• Provide day‑to‑day direction to project resources
• Manage change control throughout project lifecycle
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and status reports
• Update Jira and follow up on action items and decisions
• Handle administrative tasks including scheduling and BPMO calls

• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience managing full project lifecycle (definition through implementation)
• Strong scope, schedule, cost, and quality management experience
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Proficiency with MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word
• Experience using Jira
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Billing, strategy, or systems project experience
• Large enterprise or telecom environment experience
• Experience supporting BAU projects and systems
• Exposure to BPMO processes
