IAM Security Analyst

Job Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity or equivalent training with experience working in Information Security. Security and Technical Experience The IAM Security Analyst should have 1-3 years in Identity and Access Management role or relevant background. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Strong analytical and problem solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve IAM issues Strong knowledge and experience of user and access provisioning/deprovisioning workflows Strong understanding of Active Directory Administration Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with File Share Access (group member management) Experience with IDASS/IAM product platforms (Okta) Experience integrating multi-factor authentication technologies with IAM solutions Experience with Identity and Access governance and compliance Experience with Office 365 Administration

Looking for a driven person with a strong work ethic who can create order from chaos, find efficiencies, and has the ability to write clearly. This person will document Identity & Access Management (IAM) project capabilities and IAM operations functions, streamline the processes and capabilities for the IAM operators, and enrich group data for onboarding onto a homegrown delegated access application.

Work with Active Directory and Okta and O365 products. Primary Responsibilities Analyze Active Directory Objects and provide data enrichment when needed Perform access analysis and audits to ensure Least Privilege is enforced Identify ABAC/RBAC opportunities Identify internal and external identity and access management risks and opportunities for improvement Participate in IAM tool implementations including quality assurance Work with Application teams to review, document, and communicate system activities to ensure access assignments or requests are completed consistent with service level and IAM standards Support the Governance Risk Management program including controls, data quality, security risk reduction, and regulatory compliance Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise 3-5 years of experience in Information Security and Risk Management with a focus on Role Life Cycle Management Technical knowledge in security engineering, system and network security, authentication and security protocols Skilled in risk management, business risk analysis and making complex business/risk trade-off recommendations and decisions.

Comprehensive knowledge of ITIL Service Request, Incident, Risk, Problem, and Change Management principles to optimize and reduce risks within IT systems, particularly as it relates to security. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from peers and leadership Preferred experience with implementations and administration knowledge of IAM tools such as SailPoint IAM, or Oracle Identity Manager, Okta, and Ping Preferred experience with Privileged Access Management
