Desktop Support Engineer's Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide white glove desktop and end-user support to internal employees, including executives
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues both in person and remotely
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and Share Point
- Administer device management and endpoint security through Intune
- At least 3 years of IT or Desktop Support experience
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in financial services or trading environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proven experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune
- Comfortable providing support in a white glove, high-expectation setting
