Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

* Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.

* Create and maintain documentation in SharePoint and Confluence.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and management to develop effective solutions.

* Create clear and detailed business process models and workflows.

* Monitor and record project progress in MSProject and Jira

* Identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements.

* Support change management activities related to business process changes.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)

* Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Preferred

Skills:

* Experience in Financial Services and data center relocations, and/or telco vendor / circuit management.

* Certifications in Agile delivery frameworks, Scrum Master, SAFE.
