Our Credit Services Team uses advanced analytics and data science to develop credit solutions for our mobile and cable customers. As a Data Insights Analyst on the Credit Services team, you’ll leverage existing data sources and create new analysis methods. Your work will extract meaningful information from data and provide the business with actionable recommendations to drive outcomes.

• Providing metrics definition, data visualizations, and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) requirements
• Interpreting data, formulating hypotheses, and developing an analytical approach to meet business requirements
• Using advanced visualization tools like Tableau, Power
  
  BI, and Excel, to create reports for customers
• Using data visualization and presentations to communicate results and make recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Relevant technical or business work experience: 3 years or more
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency of advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles; proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
• Abilities: Make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure; demonstrated understanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools using Tableau; effective written and verbal communication skills
