Power BI / Power Automate Senior Specialist (USC Only)

Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Architect with strong expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate) to lead data visualization, business intelligence, and automation initiatives. This role requires deep technical capability combined with strong business acumen to translate data into impactful insights.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop executive-level dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Lead end-to-end data modeling
, transformation, and visualization strategy - Build scalable data models and create advanced DAX measures
- Develop and optimize Power Automate workflows for process automation
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into BI solutions
- Create data storytelling narratives to drive business decision-making
- Ensure best practices in dashboard design, usability, and performance
- Integrate data from multiple sources using SQL and Power Query
- Strong expertise in:
- Power BI (Desktop, Service, Report Builder)
- Power Automate (Flow design, automation architecture)
- Data Modeling & DAX
- Deep understanding of:
- Power Query, Power Pivot, and BI architecture
- KPI frameworks and business metrics
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentations
- Experience with end-to-end BI solution architecture
- Exposure to other BI/analytics tools (Tableau, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of data analytics / statistics
- Strong data storytelling capability
- Microsoft
Certifications: - Power BI Certification (preferred)
- Microsoft Power Platform App Maker Associate (plus)

Pay Range Minimum: $110000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $145000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
