Job Title: SAP Business Objects Developer

Location: Stamford, CT – hybridonsite (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!)

Rate: $48 /hr on C2C

• Report Development – Create, modify, and maintain reports using tools like Web Intelligence (WebI) and Crystal Reports to deliver actionable insights to the business.
• Universe Development – Design and build SAP Business Objects Universes, which act as a semantic layer to provide a user-friendly interface to complex data sources.
• Data Analysis and Requirements Gathering – Work with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements and specifications.
• Testing and Deployment – Conduct testing (unit, integration, user acceptance testing) to ensure the accuracy and functionality of reports and applications before deploying them to production.
• Troubleshooting and Support – Provide technical support, resolve issues, and debug problems with Business Objects reports and applications.
• Documentation – Maintain and update documentation for the Business Objects applications and universes.

• SAP Business Objects Tools – Proficiency in tools such as Web Intelligence (WebI), Crystal Reports, Universe Design Tool (UDT/IDT).
• SQL – Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
• Data Visualization – Ability to present data in a clear and insightful way.
• Analytical Skills – Ability to analyze business processes, understand data flows, and convert raw data into meaningful reports.
• Communication – Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both business stakeholders and IT teams.
• Problem‑Solving – Ability to troubleshoot issues, debug code, and provide efficient solutions to complex problems.
