I’m currently hiring for an ITSM Developer / Service Now Developer to support a major technology programme with a leading financial services organisation in New York
.
This is a 6-month contract
, working hybrid in NYC
, focused on Service Now development, ITSM tooling, CMDB integration, and supporting the transition to a new service management platform.
- Designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Service Now platform
- Supporting integrations between Service Now, Device
42 CMDB, and wider ITSM tools - Building workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation
- Working with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations
- Supporting ITSM processes across change, configuration, asset, and service management
- Collaborating with IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams
- Producing clear technical documentation and supporting platform improvements
- Strong hands‑on Service Now development experience
- Good knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL principles
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST/SOAP web services
- Experience with CI/CD, Git Hub, Sonar Qube, or similar Dev Ops tooling
- Exposure to CMDB, Device
42, JSM, BMC, Service Now, or enterprise asset/configuration tooling - Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Financial services experience would be highly beneficial
