Our client, a growing leader in the renewable energy industry, is seeking a Manager of IT & AI Innovation to lead IT operations while driving AI adoption, automation, and technology-enabled business improvement across the organization. This full time, onsite role, is a unique opportunity for a hands‑on technology leader who enjoys solving business challenges through innovation, improving processes, and helping employees leverage AI to work smarter and more efficiently.

• Lead day-to-day IT operations and technology initiatives
• Champion AI and automation solutions that improve productivity and business performance
• Drive process improvement and organizational change management
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint management, and business continuity.
• Provide governance and oversight for cybersecurity and managed service providers
• Partner with leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives

• 5+ years of infrastructure and enterprise systems leadership experience including public cloud, endpoint management, identity/MFA and business continuity
• Solid security and infrastructure experience including cloud, identity, endpoint, compliance
• Demonstrated experience building and implementing successful AI and automation solutions for process improvement.
• Experience leading outsourced, MSP relationships is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure/MS 365/Defender) and enterprise IT operations
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution
