Optomi, in partnership with a leading telecommunications organization, is seeking a Data Analyst to support the Mobile WiFi PMO. This individual will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives supporting the company's mobile WiFi product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to collaborate across Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams.

Experience of the Right Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5–10 years of Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or related experience
  • Strong experience with SQL, relational databases, and data analysis
  • Experience creating and maintaining recurring and ad hoc reports
  • Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and reporting requirements
  • Experience working with JIRA for ticket management, project tracking, and workflow coordination
  • Experience supporting Product, Technology, or Operations teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience analyzing data from multiple sources including databases, manual files, and external systems
  • Experience with Amazon Redshift or similar enterprise data warehouse platforms preferred
  • Exposure to machine learning, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, or data science initiatives is a plus
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:
  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives within the Mobile WiFi PMO
  • Serve as a liaison between Product, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders
  • Manage and coordinate JIRA tickets
  • Analyze shipping, logistics, and operational data to identify trends and process improvement opportunities
  • Collect, validate, and maintain data from multiple internal and external sources
  • Create and publish daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports supporting business objectives
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, reporting, and documentation as required
  • Document business processes, reporting requirements, workflows, and operational procedures
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Support recurring reporting initiatives as well as complex analytical requests from Product and Technology teams
  • Assist with data validation and quality assurance efforts to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Partner with analytics and reporting teams to support customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and machine learning initiatives
  • Support data migration, integration, and reporting enhancement efforts across enterprise platforms
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance reporting capabilities
  • Provide leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable information to support strategic decision-making
