Salesforce Platform Support Engineer

• Act as the primary point-of-contact for incidents, escalations, and major events affecting the Salesforce Platform.
• Provide Tier1 support and collaborate with Salesforce Success teams and federated delivery teams on major incidents or Salesforce cases.
• Own monitoring and alerting across core platform services, APIs, scheduled jobs, flows, and integrations, and drive proactive remediation and post‑incident problem management.
• Partner with Security & Compliance on audits, data residency, PII/PHI handling, and SOX/ISO controls, maintaining evidence and runbooks.
• Drive org health through technical debt remediation, Apex limits, flow/subflow performance, and governor‑limit management.
• Handle bug fixes independently and manage delivery up to production.
• Participate in on‑call rotation for major incidents and release windows.

• At least3‑5years of Salesforce experience, preferably in a production support role and within a large Salesforce ecosystem supporting multiple federated product and engineering teams.
• Hands‑on expertise with Salesforce Administration: profiles/permissions, sharing, flows, metadata deployments, and sandboxes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to own the full incident lifecycle.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and proactive remediation of platform services.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, compliance, and data handling requirements.

• Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
• Platform Developer or Platform App Builder experience.
• Experience with Agentforce or Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Typical pay range: $79,310.00 – $ per annum.
• Base salary may vary based on experience, education, geography and other factors.
• Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program.
