Service Now Developer

We are seeking an experienced Service Now Developer with Financial Services Operations (FSO) module expertise to design, configure, and implement solutions on the Service Now platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Now development, ITSM/ITOM/CSM modules, and deep knowledge of FSO workflows for financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, configure, and customize Service Now FSO module solutions for financial operations processes.
- Develop custom applications, integrations, and workflows in Service Now.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Service Now solutions.
- Implement Service Now best practices for configuration, development, and security.
- Integrate Service Now with third-party applications (APIs, REST, SOAP).
- Ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
- Support upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior Service Now developers.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Service Now development.
- Hands-on expertise with Service Now Financial Services Operations (FSO) module.
- Strong skills in JavaScript, HTML, AngularJS, REST/SOAP APIs within Service Now.
- Experience with Service Now ITSM, ITOM, or CSM modules.
- Knowledge of Service Now data model, CMDB, ACLs, and security.
- Strong integration experience with external systems and data sources.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – FSO.
- Experience in Banking/Capital Markets domain.
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe delivery.
