Job Title

Required Skills:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand compliance ecosystem objectives.
• Perform as the primary technical liaison to the Business Units, internal and external IT groups in support of the Regulatory Compliance Technology systems.
• Create Solution Design Document for Compliance framework.
• Setting up of data flow across entities and geographies driven by core principles of data dimensions along with Data Quality and Lineage Assessments
• Contribute to business requirement gathering sessions through knowledge of Business needs, Product, and Implementation challenges.
• Ability to analyses capabilities of existing platforms, identify priority gaps and opportunities.
• Conduct Business Meetings, Business Interviews, Demo, POC with Stakeholders and 3rd party Product vendors.
• Create Assessment and Evaluation report with Product recommendation for client suitable customization.
• Create Roadmap for implementation with functional and non-functional measures.
• Drive Cross team collaboration across Technology, Testing, Support and Audit teams
• Contributing to Compliance Coe by working on Compliance product Accelerators, Release Management Process, Build Compliance Knowledge Repository
