Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional web development and digital marketing initiatives from project definition through implementation. This role will partner closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, SEO, Accessibility, Analytics, and Web Development to deliver digital experiences, marketing campaigns, and web-based tools. The ideal candidate is a strong project leader who excels at driving accountability, facilitating communication, documenting requirements, and managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced environment.
This individual must understand both the technical aspects of web development and the business goals behind marketing and sales campaigns.
- Manage multiple complex web development, digital marketing, and integration projects simultaneously.
- Develop and execute end-to-end project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and milestone schedules.
- Drive projects forward by facilitating meetings, creating agendas, documenting decisions and action items, and tracking deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, SEO, Accessibility, Analytics, Web Development, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective communication plans for project teams and leadership.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and project roadblocks while ensuring timely resolution.
- Follow up with stakeholders on assigned tasks and deliverables to maintain project momentum and accountability.
- Organize and facilitate working sessions to clarify requirements, roles, responsibilities, and ownership across teams.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, status reports, and project updates for executive leadership.
- Gather, document, and manage both technical and non-technical business requirements.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements and communicate them effectively to technical teams.
- Manage project scope, schedules, quality standards, budgets, and change management activities.
- Provide day-to-day direction to project resources and support strategic planning initiatives.
- Ensure all project documentation remains accurate, organized, and up to date.
- 5+ years of project management experience supporting enterprise digital marketing, web development, e-commerce, or related initiatives.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects involving Marketing and Sales organizations.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts including campaign management, campaign tracking, CTAs, web analytics, SEO, accessibility, and customer experience.
- Experience leading website-related projects and coordinating with technical development teams.
- Ability to document business and technical requirements with a high degree of accuracy and detail.
- Excellent meeting facilitation, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong experience creating project plans, executive presentations, status reports, and project documentation.
This is a Contract position based out of Stamford, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $80.00/hr.
