Oracle Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst II to support and enhance Oracle Cloud ERP applications within a dynamic healthcare environment. This individual will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring Oracle ERP applications operate efficiently while supporting day-to-day operations, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, improving processes, and working across multiple functional teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions.

• Serve as the primary IT liaison for Human Resources and other assigned business departments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle ERP application issues.
• Support, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP applications.
• Participate in new implementations, upgrades, testing, data conversions, and production support.
• Analyze and improve business workflows through technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and end-user training materials.
• Build and support interfaces, reports, and integrations.
• Coordinate projects with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of Service Desk tickets while meeting established SLAs.
• Lead application maintenance projects and major ERP release upgrades.
• Support role-based security and system access.
• Participate in application testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide project status updates and communicate effectively with leadership and business users.
• Serve as backup to senior analysts when needed.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 3–5+ years supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP applications.
• Experience with one or more of the following Oracle HCM modules:
• Core HCM
• Requisition s
• Onboarding
• Learning
• Oracle Guided Learning
• Talent & Succession
• Experience supporting:
• UKG Pro WFM Timekeeping
• ADP Payroll
• API integrations (Postman experience preferred)
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise ERP applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams.

• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with Oracle BI, OTBI, or SQL reporting.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations and application architecture.
• Experience with API integrations and data transfer processes.
• Familiarity with application security, backup, and recovery procedures.
