Senior Consultant-Project- ClinDoc​/Stork Analyst

• Support the implementation command center for a new Epic installation at a rapidly growing organization by collaborating across global, multidisciplinary teams to drive successful outcomes and ensure a seamless go-live experience with ongoing support.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Epic Inpatient Orders/Epic Clin Doc workflows, including any third‑party integrations
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of project delivery, ensuring that work is executed with precision and in alignment with established guidelines and quality standards
• Provide Epic design, build, and testing expertise and experience for assigned Epic module
• Follow guidelines for complex to critical issue handling and ensure that the team follows them
• Work with the existing Epic team to complete any last‑minute build prior to go‑live, and work command center shifts to investigate, document, and resolve break‑fix tickets.
• Lead a team and manage application enhancements, break‑fixes, standard application changes and maintenance activities
• Lead team meetings to discuss team and project related activities, work tasks, and issues
• Work with application end users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner
• Assign and prioritize work across shores to ensure timely resolution of tickets
• Coordinate with the offshore team for continuity of build, deployment and support
• Conduct ongoing system build and configuration for assigned Epic module
• Develop, support and maintain all required system design and build documents and other system documentation
• Complete specific team task activities as outlined in the project work plan and other job‑related duties as assigned
• Drive discussions with business and functional analysts to understand the business requirements
• Create and maintain regular status reports and provide verbal and written status to project managers and project leadership, as required
• Anticipate, prepare, and elevate upcoming issues/risks
• Perform detailed quality reviews/audits on deliverables and provide technical guidance to the team members
• Identify problems to reduce recurring incidents and identify improvement opportunities
• Interact with onsite client stakeholders, team members and offshore development, support team and other cross‑functional teams
• Provide on‑site support within the organization on an as‑needed basis

• Must have an active Epic Certification in Epic Clindoc and Epic Stork
• 6+ years of experience with Clin Doc/Epic Orders development & application maintenance
• 6+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical environment, or healthcare IT setting
• Ability to identify issues, prioritize and problem‑solve to resolution
• Superior communication and customer service abilities
• Team player with the willingness/ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Perform advanced build activities in Epic Clin Doc and Inpatient Orders modules, including Smart Forms, Smart Links, Smart Texts, Smart Sets, and Order Sets
