Data Insights Analyst

By developing innovative analysis methods and leveraging existing data sources, you play a pivotal part in guiding Spectrum’s success through meaningful analytics.

• Establish metrics, create data visualizations and outline ETL needs
• Extract, clean and engineer data for readiness and accuracy
• Interpret information, develop hypotheses and recommend analytical approaches
• Utilize advanced visualization tools to deliver customer-ready reports
• Present findings and recommendations through compelling visualizations and presentations
• Foster effective partnerships with cross functional teams

• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
• Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant technical or business work experience
• Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, interpret and present data
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
  • Proven ability to prioritize and organize effectively
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics processes and reporting design principles
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R
  • Understanding of design and implementation practices within data visualization tools
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal and external customers
