Trexquant Investment is seeking a hands-on Linux Systems Engineer to build, maintain, and scale our on-premise infrastructure in Stamford and New York City. The role focuses on bare-metal Linux, with ownership of provisioning, storage, and reliability in a production-critical setting.
You'll automate with Ansible and Bash, patch and upgrade systems, manage storage with ZFS and enterprise vendors, and participate in on-call rotations and incident response. Travel to data centers is required.
