Right Click is seeking a Back Systems Analyst II in Stamford, CT, a hybrid role focusing on supporting, configuring, and enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM environment, including the Oracle Redwood upgrade.
You will partner with stakeholders, build reports with OTBI and BI Publisher, and design integrations with HCM Extracts, HDL, and OIC, while maintaining Core HR, Recruiting, Time Keeping, and Payroll modules. 3+ years of Oracle HCM experience and strong analytical skills are required.
