Who We Are

We are Waste Harmonics Keter, your partner in handling complex waste operations.

Growing steadily for nearly 25 years, we have become the choice provider for managed waste services by pairing high-touch, white-glove customer service with data-driven, tech-enabled programs. From developing proprietary monitoring technology to linking arms with other industry leaders to strengthen our operations, we have a storied history of doing what's needed to serve our customers well.

Who We're Looking For

The Reporting, Analytics, Planning & SFDC Manager is responsible for driving data-driven decision-making within the Commercial Operations team and serves as the business owner of the Salesforce (SFDC) platform. This role ensures the development and maintenance of robust reporting frameworks, strategic planning processes, and CRM data governance that enable commercial performance optimization.

This person acts as the bridge between commercial teams and technology, ensuring Salesforce is the single source of truth for pipeline, revenue, and customer data while delivering actionable insights that drive growth.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports, including Salesforce dashboards, to track KPIs across Commercial Operations
  • Create standardized reporting templates that ensure consistency and accuracy, with SFDC as the primary data source for commercial metrics
  • Lead the development of operational and financial forecasts in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
  • Support scenario planning by building data models that evaluate potential business outcomes under various assumptions
  • Align reporting and planning processes with overall business strategy and market conditions
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish metrics that measure and enhance performance across key business areas
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all reporting and analytics needs across Commercial Operations
  • Communicate complex data insights and analysis to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner
  • Identify inefficiencies in data collection, CRM workflows, and reporting processes, and implement solutions to streamline them
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve data integration and consistency across systems, ensuring clean data flows between SFDC, ERP, and BI tools
  • Introduce data governance best practices across all reporting systems and Salesforce, defining standards, naming conventions, and field-level requirements
  • Partner with IT and data teams to integrate reporting tools, automate recurring reports, and optimize the Salesforce platform for commercial use cases
  • Identify capability gaps in reporting and SFDC adoption and close them through training, documentation, and change management
  • Own the Salesforce commercial data model, including accounts, opportunities, contacts, and custom objects
  • Define and enforce data standards, picklist values, opportunity stage definitions, and naming conventions across commercial teams
  • Translate commercial workflows into Salesforce processes such as lead-to-cash, opportunity management, and approval flows
  • Act as the bridge between commercial users and SFDC admin/IT, defining requirements and prioritizing platform enhancements
  • Drive CRM adoption across commercial teams through training, documentation, and ongoing support
  • Monitor adoption metrics and address compliance gaps
  • Design the reporting and dashboard architecture within Salesforce, defining views, access, and how pipeline, forecast, and territory reports are structured
  • Track and report against key performance metrics, including reporting accuracy and timeliness, number of actionable insights delivered, SFDC data completeness, CRM adoption rate, and pipeline-to-forecast accuracy
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or financial planning, preferably within commercial operations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and pivot tables
