The Associate Director, Financial Systems Service Delivery is responsible for the strategic management, optimization, and ongoing service delivery of the organization's financial systems and technology infrastructure — with Net Suite serving as the core ERP platform — including Net Suite financial reporting and analytics, expense management systems, and related finance technology applications. This role sits at the intersection of finance and technology, serving as the primary owner and lead administrator of the Net Suite environment and the key liaison between Finance, IT, Net Suite (Oracle), and external implementation partners.
The Associate Director ensures that Net Suite and connected financial systems are configured, maintained, and continuously improved to support accurate financial reporting, scalable accounting operations, and strong internal controls. Beyond system administration, this individual is responsible for delivering a high standard of financial systems service to internal Finance users — establishing support processes, training frameworks, and governance models that enable the Finance team to operate with efficiency, confidence, and data integrity across all platforms.

- This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring a minimum of two (2) days on‑site per week — currently designated as Tuesday and Wednesday. Additional on‑site days may be required based on business needs, team priorities, or leadership direction.
- Own and administer the organization's Net Suite ERP environment as the system of record — including core financials, subsidiary/One World structure, segments and classifications, Suite Apps, and integrated finance applications (financial reporting, expense management, procurement) — ensuring all systems are properly configured, maintained, and operating at peak performance.
