Job Overview – Deal Cloud Consultant (Temporary)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Deal Cloud Consultant (Temporary) in Stamford, CT for our client, supporting CRM implementation, system optimization, and data management within an investment management environment. In this temporary role, you will enhance Deal Cloud usage, improve workflows and reporting, and partner with stakeholders to drive adoption of scalable CRM solutions.

Responsibilities as the Deal Cloud Consultant:

System Implementation: Lead configuration and expansion of Deal Cloud across investment and investor relations teams.
Workflow Optimization: Design and implement workflows to improve data capture, organization, and usability.
Stakeholder

Collaboration:

Partner with investment, IR, and operations teams to gather requirements and align system functionality.
Data Management: Standardize and structure data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reporting efficiency.
Reporting & Analytics: Build dashboards and reporting tools within Deal Cloud to support decision-making.

Qualifications for the Deal Cloud Consultant:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of experience implementing or optimizing Deal Cloud within investment management or financial services environments.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of investment workflows, investor relations processes, and CRM usage within private equity, credit, or asset management.
Technical

Skills:

Hands-on experience with Deal Cloud configuration, CRM systems, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Skills & Attributes: Demonstrates strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
