Service Now Developer
Duration: 6 months
Location:
Stamford, CT
Type:
Contract
Pay Rate: $50 to $60/hr
Technical:
- Experience with key technologies relevant to Service Now integration solutions including: SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST,
- knowledge of the Service Now ITAM, ITOM & CMDB Products
- Custom applications using Service Now’s App Engine
- Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Widgets
- Design and implementation of solution for maintaining CI data integrity across the CI lifecycle with due consideration to the ITSM process.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical architecture discussions.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions align with Service Now best practices and platform governance
- Experience in CMDB health to support Assets and Configuration and CI relationships coming from discovered sources, manual sources from like relationship data from network team.
- Build solutions around data certifications for maintaining CI sanity
- Reconcile solution of the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories
- Manage upgrades, patches, cloning, and instance configurations.
- Implement ACLs, RBAC, security controls, and CMDB best practices
- Delivery oriented
- Good learning and exploration attitude in new technologies and implement.
- Educating teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required.
