• Assist in monitoring legal actions involving the employer, including reviewing legal claims and coordinating with outside counsel
• Prepare and maintain corporate governance documents such as agendas, minutes, resolutions, and closing documents for transactions
• Draft and review various agreements and contracts, including employment and service contracts
• Conduct legal research on statutory, regulatory, and case law using computerized research tools
• Complete other tasks or projects as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-1 years of related work experience; 2-4 years preferred
• Paralegal Certification
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Proficiency in standard office technology and legal research tools (Lexis/Westlaw)

• 2-4 years of related experience in a legal environment
• Familiarity with healthcare-related contracts and regulatory issues
• Experience with corporate governance and documentation
