Supply Chain Manager

Recruitlynk is supporting a retained, confidential search on behalf of a growth-focused industrial manufacturing organization in the Stamford, CT area.

This role sits at the center of the operation, leading sourcing strategy, supplier performance, and inventory planning across a global footprint. The position offers direct visibility to executive leadership and a clear mandate to strengthen and modernize the supply chain function shifting from reactive execution to a more proactive, data-driven approach.

• Strategic sourcing and supplier development
• Inventory planning, forecasting, and S&OP alignment
• ERP-driven operations (MRP, demand planning, replenishment)
• Cross-functional collaboration across operations, engineering, and commercial teams

• 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or materials management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong ERP/MRP experience and inventory planning expertise
• Proven ability to drive cost savings, improve supplier performance, and optimize inventory
• Experience operating in a hands‑on, high‑accountability environment
